OFCOM recently proposed a drastic reduction in mobile termination rates (MTR), this announcement has brought focus on the subject of Mobile Terminations Rates. Although much research and commentary has been produced commenting on the impact of MTR reductions to the industry or to consumers, little public comment has been made about the impact on specific mobile operators.
